Creating both two-dimensional and three-dimensional art is crucial to me as a painter, mixed media and glass artist. Limiting myself to only one of these formats would be like having words but no voice to speak them. Each format converses with and compliments the other. A sculpture is born out of a painting; a more evolved collage is extracted from a sculpture. Their coexistence is essential.
